Language immersion sessions may be canceled for insufficient registration.
Students will be fully refunded or may be offered additional sessions at a later
date. No refund is given with less than two-week notices when a student wishes
to withdraw from the course. Payments may be made by credit card or by
checks in order to register for a session.
